Abdulhakim Bin Harz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Binherz Advocates. He leads the firm with a strategic vision built on strong courtroom experience and senior leadership in the banking and financial sector.<\/p>

He has handled complex commercial and banking disputes, and he has represented clients in high-value cases before the Dubai Courts, UAE Federal Courts, and DIFC Courts.<\/p>

Before founding the firm, he held senior leadership roles in major banking institutions in the UAE and internationally. In addition, he served on the boards of financial institutions and chaired the UAE Banks Federation.<\/p>

He was also a member of the UK banking federation. Early in his career, he played a key role in banking mergers and acquisitions across the Middle East.<\/p>

Moreover, he has spoken at international legal and banking conferences. He has also delivered lectures at the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies.<\/p>
