Abdulhakim Bin Harz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Binherz Advocates. He combines substantial courtroom experience with senior executive leadership within the banking and financial sector.
He advises and represents clients in complex commercial and banking disputes before Dubai Courts, UAE Federal Courts, and DIFC Courts. His practice focuses on matters requiring careful strategic assessment, regulatory awareness, and structured risk management.
Prior to establishing the firm, he held senior leadership positions within banking institutions both domestically and internationally. He has served on the boards of financial institutions and chaired the UAE Banks Federation. He was also a member of the UK banking federation and has been involved in significant banking mergers and acquisitions within the region.
He has spoken at international legal and financial conferences and delivered lectures at the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies. His professional contributions have been formally recognized through various distinctions.
